The golden pheasant (Chrysolophus pictus)

a species of bird in the family Phasianidae (Phasianidae). It occurs in central China, but was introduced in England. Just as in other pheasants - strong sexual dimorphism. An adult male has a bright yellow head crest and a wide collar, orange with black stripes. The underside of the body and breast are red feathers on the back of the green with a dark border. The covers are metallic blue wings, back and around the backside yellow. The female (hen) colored by modestly, brownish gray.

     Mountain forests and rocky hills covered with thick bushes and bamboo. In the UK, mixed forests with dense undergrowth.
Behavior
     Very rarely breaks into flight, frightened flees on foot. It's very secretive.
